Noosaville Officeworks

I think the customer service can be poor at officeworks. I have been buying the 24 pack pure water from Officeworks for about two years now. I buy 5 or 6 at a time, every two weeks. I buy it from Officeworks as it is good value however it is always a struggle pushing the trolley out to the car as load is heavy. No matter how many staff are standing around greeting me, not one has ever offered to help me take it to the car. That would be customer service. Not just standing at the door saying hello.
