John Madill Toyota Noosa

Maybe the worst service division I have ever encountered. Put a 2015 Toyota Corolla in for a faulty air con under warranty. Waited all day only to be told that I could pick the car up but the a/c wasn't fixed because the parts have to come from Sydney or Melbourne and will take a week. One week later they ring and tell me to bring the vehicle in (8am) and rung at 11.30 to say that they have the wrong parts and could I bring it back any time next week. I live in Noosa which is quite a warm climate and there are no locally sourced aircon parts ! We do have a number of daily flights to Sydney and Melbourne and why doesn't Brisbane have any ?

Very disappointed and unlikely to return to this company.
