  After I had issues with my Nissan, Cricks Noosa ran some tests last year and were then supposed to send the report back to Nissan. After a month of chasing Cricks and 3 phone calls where I was told that they were waiting on Nissan it turns out that Cricks Noosa haven't even sent the report back to Nissan. It took so long Nissan Australia assumed the issues were resolved and closed my file until I rang them up directly to see what was going on. Paul from Cricks Noosa lied to me 3 times and said they were waiting on Nissan when Cricks hadn't even lodged the report. Was blatantly lied to on more than one occasion and now going on 3 months with faulty radio and bluetooth in a less than 2 year old Nissan. Not happy!
